nana commissions

By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted these terms.

I reserve the rights to decline your order if I believe I am unable to complete it.

All artworks are for personal use. If you are interested in commercial work (Twitch, Youtube, etc) please read further below for commercial use info.

Additionally, if you are a streamer of any sorts please read the commercial use info too, in order to avoid any complications or misunderstandings!

AI training or feeding my art to AI is not permitted and you will be blacklisted for doing do.

References must be provided, preferably with colours on the reference. Outfits from other photo reference are fine as long as it is clearly communicated what you would like.

Having a pose in mind is appreciated! If not, I will come up with one with the personality stated in mind. However, it may be more difficult to capture the essence of your character.

Before I work further on your commission, I will send a sketch for any changes you would want (expression, pose, etc) afterwards I will not ask again, so please be thorough! Any great adjustments desired will be charged.

The price for commercial use commissions are an additional 50% from the base price.

All terms are same as the general terms, however commercial use commissions are more strict.

Ordering a commission with commercial use in mind applies to using the artwork for Youtube, Twitch, etc. (Such as video thumbnails, edits, emojis etc.)

It also applies to reproducing the art in any way that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. Such as reselling the art in poster form instead of having it personal to yourself.

Using the image as an icon for social media, or for personal use only is not considered commercial use.

In the case of vtubers in general, using the art as advertisement on social media platforms would also be considered for commercial use, so please consider carefully!

I recommend for vtubers to automatically assume the commission will be commercial to avoid any future issue or confusion where you are able to use the commisioned artwork.

If these terms are not followed or respected, offenders will be immediately blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me again.

If you have any further questions don't be afraid to ask, for if you commission me with commercial use in mind and do break a term without fully understanding, I would assume you understood everything written in the terms- ending in the previous bullet point.

Commissions should be completed within 1-3 weeks, depending on how busy I am. I will try to complete it as quickly as I am able

At most, commissions may take up to 1 month. In the rare case I take Live2D commissions, this timeframe may fluctuate.

If you would like to have a rush order, and have your commission as a priority order, there will be a fee order depending on how quickly you want it to be complete. If it is too tight of a deadline for me, I may decline.

Payment is in USD.

Payment is paid through PayPal invoice, or Kofi.

Payment is done upfront and in full.

If payment has not been received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. I will prewarn you before time is up- however if the time passes, you will need to reorder.

References should be clear and at least flat coloured. Pictures and screenshots from games are also OK.

Depending on the complexity of design, price may be raised from the listed price, I will let you know if this is the case

If I have started on your commission already, there will be no refunds

If the commission is to be commercial, the price will be 50% higher than the base price
